Lunch:  Cream Of Onion Soup (Canned, Condensed), Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) , Regular Coffee. Dinner:  Black Pepper Sauce, Boneless Pork Chop, Chicken Breast Satays, Chicken Drumstick.
