Lunch:  Regular Coffee, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) , Cream Of Onion Soup (Canned, Condensed). Dinner:  Chicken Drumstick, Chicken Breast Satays, Black Pepper Sauce, Boneless Pork Chop.
