Fat: 49.89g | Prot: 94.86g | Carb: 172.65g.   Breakfast:  Banana Soy Smoothie, Plain 0% Greek Yogurt Fage. Lunch:  Raw Vegetable, Mixed Salad Greens, ginger dressing, parmesan cheese, Chickpeas, Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Sardines, Whole wheat spaghetti Fit and Active, Tomato Paste, Olive Oil, White Wine, Cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  Egg Whites, Orange, Guacamole, Whole Wheat Bread Aunt Millie's, Dove Dark Chocolate, Walnuts.
