Lunch: Chicken Breast, Chickpeas, ginger dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, parmesan cheese, Raw Vegetable. Dinner: Cauliflower, Olive Oil, Sardines, Tomato Paste, White Wine, Whole wheat spaghetti Fit and Active.
