Fat: 49.89g | Prot: 94.86g | Carb: 172.65g.   Breakfast:  Banana Soy Smoothie, Plain 0% Greek Yogurt Fage. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Chickpeas, ginger dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, parmesan cheese, Raw Vegetable. Dinner:  Cauliflower, Olive Oil, Sardines, Tomato Paste, White Wine, Whole wheat spaghetti Fit and Active. Snacks/Other:  Dove Dark Chocolate, Egg Whites, Guacamole, Orange, Walnuts, Whole Wheat Bread Aunt Millie's.
