Fat: 53.92g | Prot: 94.01g | Carb: 253.16g.   Breakfast:  Activia Light Yogurt, Granola. Lunch:  Almonds, Dried Cranberries, Tuna Salad Sandwich with Lettuce. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Martini, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Thin Mints. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Chocolate Deluxe High Protein Bar (Small).
