Fat: 55.90g | Prot: 41.83g | Carb: 187.03g.   Breakfast:  Walnuts, Oatmeal, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Maple Syrup , Half & Half, Organic Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar, Craisins. Lunch:  Black Bean Chilaquile. Dinner:  Organic Brown Rice Penne Pasta, Turkey Bolognese, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Carrots, almonds.
