Fat: 79.53g | Prot: 44.02g | Carb: 115.68g.   Breakfast:  bok choy, chicken stock, murgh kalimirchi, sweet potatoe. Lunch:  chicken stock, milo, okra, sweet potatoe. Dinner:  mushroom, pork sausage, rose wine. Snacks/Other:  belvita start, britannia chocolate chip cookies, britannia danish cookies, dark chocolate, ice cream, rooibos tea, walnut.
