Dinner:  100 Calorie Bar-b-q Waffle Potato Chips, Chicken Thigh, Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi (Can), Jamaican-style Jerk Chicken Breasts, Sweet Honey Mustard, Wheat or Cracked Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  0% Plain Greek Yogurt, Hot Chocolate, Kosher Dill Spears, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Water.
