Lunch:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, apple, banana, cacao, Cocunut Mana, eggs, Fractionated Barley, Greek Yogart fage, Meal 1 Egg Whites, Protein 7, Rice Cakes Publix . Dinner:  BJ's, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Mixed Vegg, Premium White Rice Jasmine Berkley Jensen. Snacks/Other:  Almond Breeze Vanilla Milk, apple, bj, Carrots, celery, Delux Whole Cashews Planters Salted, egg, egg white, Eziekel Cereal Raisin, Fage, Fiber one cereal, jasmine, onion, protein 7, tomatoe, virgin cocnut.
