Fat: 63.01g | Prot: 108.11g | Carb: 263.66g.   Breakfast:  Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). Lunch:  Bananas, Chickpeas, Dried Japanese Persimmons, Strawberries, Sweet Potato. Dinner:  1% Fat Milk, Butter, Cheddar Cheese, Firm Silken Tofu, Miso Soup, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Bon O Bon Suave, Bon O Bon Suave, Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
