Fat: 59.03g | Prot: 52.95g | Carb: 216.17g.   Breakfast:  Mocha Frappuccino (Tall), Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Linguine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Red Tomatoes, Green String Beans, Minced Garlic, Lemon Juice. Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel), Spearmint, Basil, 2% Fat Milk, Lemonade, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar). Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Coated Coffee Beans, Baby Carrots, Mixed Nuts, Water (Bottled), Cherry Tomatoes.
