Fat: 59.03g | Prot: 52.95g | Carb: 216.17g.   Breakfast:  Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Mocha Frappuccino (Tall). Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green String Beans, Lemon Juice, Linguine, Minced Garlic, Red Tomatoes. Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Basil, Cucumber (with Peel), Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Lemonade, Spearmint. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Dark Chocolate Coated Coffee Beans, Mixed Nuts, Water (Bottled).
