Fat: 38.40g | Prot: 105.19g | Carb: 126.35g.   Breakfast:  Egg Whites for One with Blueberry and Cinnamon, water. Lunch:  apple bread, chicken breast, Succotash Chowder, water. Dinner:  blueberries, boneless, skinless chicken breast, broccoli, Couscous with fennel, coconut, and pine nuts, mango, water. Snacks/Other:  water.
