Fat: 69.62g | Prot: 62.48g | Carb: 168.52g.   Breakfast:  Avocados, Butcher Thick Cut Bacon Hickory Smoked, Butter , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Egg, Light Multigrain English Muffin, Milk (Nonfat) . Lunch:  Celery , Dill Cucumber Pickles , Real Mayonnaise, Red Onions, White Albacore Tuna in Water. Dinner:  Avocados, Black Beans, Cilantro, Fresh Express Iceberg Garden, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat) , Hot Salsa, Red Onions. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Bar, IPA Beer.
