Lunch:  French Rolls, Egg (Whole). Dinner:  Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, M-BF LIGHT MAYONAISE, Red Leaf Lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Blueberries, Strawberries, Bananas (Large), Wheybolic Extreme 60 - Chocolate (GNC), Bananas (Large), Navels Oranges, Gala Apples, Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, peanut butter, Strawberry Preserves.
