Fat: 40.02g | Prot: 104.49g | Carb: 247.44g.   Breakfast:  1% Lowfat Milk, APPLE, Jam Preserves, Whole Wheat Bagel. Lunch:  apple, Broccoli, carrots, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Onions, Spaghetti. Dinner:  Baby Carrots, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Broccoli, Butter, Cauliflower, Celery, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Frankfurter or Hot Dog on Bun, Onions, Spaghetti.
