Fat: 45.61g | Prot: 207.74g | Carb: 279.07g.   Breakfast:  High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Nutri-Grain Low Fat Waffles. Lunch:  sushi. Dinner:  Brussels Sprouts , Chewy Granola Bars - Cherry Dark Chocolate, Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers) , Dark Pump Pumpernickel Bread. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, premier, Triscuit Whole Grain Wheat Thin Crisps Baked Crackers.
