Lunch:  Baba Ghanoush, Broccoli Salad, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Date Bar, Tabouli. Dinner:  Chicken & Apple Smoked Chicken Sausage, Gingerberry Kombucha, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Almonds.
