Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Baba Ghanoush, Tabouli, Broccoli Salad, Date Bar. Dinner:  Chicken & Apple Smoked Chicken Sausage, Spinach, Gingerberry Kombucha. Snacks/Other:  Almonds.
