Fat: 44.72g | Prot: 95.21g | Carb: 93.59g.   Breakfast:  coffee, half and half, honey. Lunch:  canned salmon, chicken, feta, quinoa, red pepper, spinach. Dinner:  bok choy, pork chop. Snacks/Other:  chapmans frozen yogurt.
