Fat: 26.56g | Prot: 59.85g | Carb: 154.32g.   Breakfast:  Calorie Free Sweetener, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fat Free Half and Half, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  apple, boom chicka pop, hormel ham, kraft havarti, special k blueberry. Dinner:  almond dream, blueberries, shakeology. Snacks/Other:  kraft foods colby jack, pretzel chips.
