Fat: 57.33g | Prot: 87.91g | Carb: 150.79g.   Breakfast:  Deli Sliced Gouda Cheese, Hard-Boiled Egg, Blueberries, Multi Grain Cheerios, 1% Fat Milk, Fiber Supplement. Lunch:  vanilla yogurt chobani, whey protein, strawberries, turnip greens, avacado, Shelled Hemp Seed, beets, tomato yellow. Dinner:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Cantaloupe Melons, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  walnuts, Hazelnut Spread, Graham Crackers.
