Fat: 42.10g | Prot: 56.17g | Carb: 136.07g.   Breakfast:  Cracotte Vital, Gekookt Ei, Goudse Kaas, Groene Thee. Lunch:  Gemengd Volkoren Brood (7 Granen), Goudse Kaas, Tomaten Creme. Dinner:  Muesli (Gedroogd Fruit en Noten), Nasi met Varkensvlees, Yoghurt (Mager). Snacks/Other:  Groene Thee, Mandarijn, Volkoren Ontbijtkoek.
