Fat: 39.38g | Prot: 60.74g | Carb: 166.67g.   Breakfast:  Oats Cereal Cinnamon Roll (Instant, Dry, Fortified), Blueberries, Trop50 Orange Juice No Pulp, Equal, Cream (Half & Half) , Coffee. Lunch:  90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge, Fat Free Mini Pretzels, Mediterranean Chickpea, Cantaloupe Melons , Blueberries, Reduced Fat Provolone Deli-Style Cheese . Dinner:  Pinot Noir Wine , Couscous (Cooked), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Chips Ahoy Thin Crisps, 100 Calorie Packs Cocoa Roast Almonds (Emerald).
