Fat: 92.24g | Prot: 143.60g | Carb: 73.93g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Breakfast Sausage, Country Style Pork Sausage, Deli Sliced Ham, Onions, Sweet Red Peppers, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Lunch:  Raw Protein, Unsweetened Flax Milk. Dinner:  Broccoli, Chicken Breast, Eggplant Parmesan Casserole. Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Style Shreds, Dried Cranberries, Organic Spring Mix, Ortega tortilla strips, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted), Vinaigrette Dressing.
