Fat: 77.75g | Prot: 81.19g | Carb: 135.99g.   Breakfast:  Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, small diet coke. Lunch:  knudsen small curd cottage cheese, sabatinos sausage, salsa. Dinner:  alaskan salmon burgers, olive oil mayo, pepperjack cheese, sandwich thins, spicy mustard, spinach. Snacks/Other:  homeade salsa, milky way , tortilla chips, twix.
