Fat: 40.03g | Prot: 73.73g | Carb: 143.22g.   Breakfast:  Bananas , Chicken Sausage, Coffee, oatmeal banana weight, Pure Almond Milk - Dark Chocolate, Red Tomatoes . Lunch:  craisin, Hard Boiled Eggs, Lettuce, Light Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine , ground beef, ham and bean soup, lettuce, tomato. Snacks/Other:  mini cliff bar.
