Fat: 38.76g | Prot: 74.41g | Carb: 189.84g.   Breakfast:  Light Vanilla Soymilk, Organic Acai Apple Granola with Pomegranate, Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Vanilla (Container), Bananas. Lunch:  Salsa, French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough) , Guacamole, Tortilla Corn Chips, Chili Con Carne with Chicken or Turkey and Beans. Dinner:  Tilapia (Fish), Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  White Table Wine, Dark Chocolate Covered Powerberries.
