Fat: 153.23g | Prot: 182.59g | Carb: 149.12g.   Breakfast:  Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), American Cheese, Latte Coffee, Butter (Salted), Export sodas crackers butter. Lunch:  Ranch Salad Dressing, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Imitation Bacon Bits, Carrots, Onions, Beef Steak, Tomatoes, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Mushrooms, Margarine, Almonds, Whole Grain Caesar Croutons, Broccoli and Cheese Soup (Cup). Dinner:  Gourmet Cut Romano Cheese Croutons, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce, Tomatoes, Caesar Salad Dressing, Chicken Breast, Fruit Juicy Red. Snacks/Other:  Latte Coffee.
