Fat: 153.23g | Prot: 182.59g | Carb: 149.12g.   Breakfast:  American Cheese, Butter (Salted), Export sodas crackers butter, Latte Coffee, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Lunch:  Almonds, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Beef Steak, Broccoli and Cheese Soup (Cup), Carrots, Imitation Bacon Bits, Margarine, Mushrooms, Onions, Ranch Salad Dressing, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Tomatoes, Whole Grain Caesar Croutons. Dinner:  Caesar Salad Dressing, Chicken Breast, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Fruit Juicy Red, Gourmet Cut Romano Cheese Croutons, Lettuce, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Latte Coffee.
