Fat: 134.14g | Prot: 133.50g | Carb: 78.02g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Cantaloupe Melons , Coffee, Scrambled Egg . Lunch:  Caesar Salad with Romaine, Chicken or Turkey with Barbecue Sauce (Skin Eaten), Diet Pepsi, Pork Italian Sausage. Dinner:  Carrots , Cheddar Cheese , Cucumber (with Peel) , Mini Quesadilla Slices Grilled Cheese & Chicken, Salami, Whole Wheat Crackers . Snacks/Other:  Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
