Fat: 134.14g | Prot: 133.50g | Carb: 78.02g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Scrambled Egg , Coffee, Cantaloupe Melons . Lunch:  Chicken or Turkey with Barbecue Sauce (Skin Eaten), Caesar Salad with Romaine, Pork Italian Sausage, Diet Pepsi. Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel) , Carrots , Salami, Cheddar Cheese , Whole Wheat Crackers , Mini Quesadilla Slices Grilled Cheese & Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
