Fat: 63.12g | Prot: 59.73g | Carb: 127.25g.   Breakfast:  nonfat milk, Kashi golean. Lunch:  turkey, lays baked bargecue chips, sandwich thins. Dinner:  guacamole, santitas corn chips, italian sausage, bacon, bbq sauce . Snacks/Other:  mixed nuts.
