Fat: 44.41g | Prot: 70.53g | Carb: 137.45g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, pink lady apple. Lunch:  canned peaches, cottage cheese. Dinner:  blue cheese dressing, herb crackers, salad, tomato and pepper soup. Snacks/Other:  chobani coffe yogurt.
