Fat: 142.31g | Prot: 119.33g | Carb: 217.05g.   Breakfast:  Heath Coffee Creamer, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Celery, Light French Onion Cheese Wedges, Saltine Crackers. Lunch:  Chargrilled Chicken Cool Wrap, Goldfish Baked Grahams - Chocolate Chip, Cheese Dip (Other Than Cream Cheese). Dinner:  Turkey Sausage, Barbecue Sauce, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese (Grated). Snacks/Other:  Whole Natural Almonds, Classic.
