Fat: 85.53g | Prot: 72.78g | Carb: 181.54g.   Breakfast:  Country Style Pork Sausage, Granules, Italian Bread, Marion Blackberry Preserves, Tea (Brewed) , Toasted White Bread . Lunch:  LASAGNA MEAT SAUCE. Dinner:  Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese and Lettuce. Snacks/Other:  White Cake with Icing (Home Recipe or Purchased).
