Fat: 44.25g | Prot: 105.34g | Carb: 366.48g.   Breakfast:  Apple Juice, Coffee, nutty crust, Porridge, Salted Popcorn, Toasted Bagel. Lunch:  Anchovy (Drained Solids in Oil, Canned), Anchovy (Drained Solids in Oil, Canned), Black Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, Coffee with Milk, Green Olives, Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Dinner:  Chocolate Mousse, Medium Egg Noodles, Sweet & Sour Chicken & Rice. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Apples, Chocolate Chip Muffin, Coffee with Milk, Cooked Ham, White Grinder Bread.
