Fat: 44.25g | Prot: 105.34g | Carb: 366.48g.   Breakfast:  Porridge, nutty crust, Apple Juice, Coffee, Toasted Bagel, Salted Popcorn. Lunch:  Coffee with Milk, Cherry Tomatoes, Anchovy (Drained Solids in Oil, Canned), Black Olives, Green Olives, Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Anchovy (Drained Solids in Oil, Canned). Dinner:  Medium Egg Noodles, Sweet & Sour Chicken & Rice, Chocolate Mousse. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Apples, Coffee with Milk, Chocolate Chip Muffin, White Grinder Bread, Cooked Ham.
