Fat: 57.18g | Prot: 132.56g | Carb: 95.77g.   Breakfast:  Toasted 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Ham (Whole, Cured, Roasted), Fried Egg, Cheddar Cheese. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Vinaigrette Dressing, Steamed or Boiled Lobster, Roasted Venison/Deer, Chenin Blanc Wine, Cabernet Franc Wine, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Cooked Lentils, Multigrain Bread. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Prawns, Curry Sauce (Dry, Dehydrated), Butter, Sauvignon Blanc Wine.
