Lunch:  Body by Vi Nutritional Shake Mix, Fat Free French Vanilla Liquid Creamer, Pure Almond Milk - Original. Dinner:  Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Cooked Sauerkraut, Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Baked Cheese Puffs Original.
