Fat: 54.22g | Prot: 155.13g | Carb: 188.80g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half), Italian Chicken Sausage, Egg, Ketchup, Yam (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), 21 Whole Grains Bread, Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Spinach, Fuji Apples. Dinner:  Oven Browned Turkey Breast, Spinach, Skinless Chicken Breast, Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce. Snacks/Other:  INGLHFFR SWT HOT MUSTARD SQZ, Bananas, Caffe Mocha (Tall), Oven Roasted Turkey Breast & White Turkey, Avocados, Sugar Snap Peas, Organic Creamy Tomato Soup, Pears, Apples.
