Fat: 26.91g | Prot: 100.53g | Carb: 233.46g.   Breakfast:  Red Grapes, Mini Breaks. Lunch:  Tomatoes, Turkey Breast Chunks, Cottage Cheese, Lettuce, Baby Beetroot, Stem Ginger Cookies. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Yellow Corn (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Green Peas, Runny Honey, Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar (Cider), Double Chocolate Brownies. Snacks/Other:  Cheese and Onion, Nectarines, Pink Lady Apples, Conference Pears, Belgian Choc Hot Chocolate.
