Fat: 26.91g | Prot: 100.53g | Carb: 233.46g.   Breakfast:  Mini Breaks, Red Grapes. Lunch:  Baby Beetroot, Cottage Cheese, Lettuce, Stem Ginger Cookies, Tomatoes, Turkey Breast Chunks. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Yellow Corn (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Double Chocolate Brownies, Green Peas, Runny Honey, Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar (Cider). Snacks/Other:  Belgian Choc Hot Chocolate, Cheese and Onion, Conference Pears, Nectarines, Pink Lady Apples.
