Fat: 53.83g | Prot: 54.16g | Carb: 214.12g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Half and Half Cream, Silk Light Plain, Special K Protein Plus Cereal, Walnuts. Lunch:  12 Grain Bread, Creamy Peanut Butter, Squeezable Concord Grape Jam. Dinner:  Green String Beans, imagine low sodium tomato soup, Italian Pizza Dough, Whole Wheat Saltine Crackers. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), Dark Chocolate Hearts.
