Fat: 52.32g | Prot: 205.81g | Carb: 236.56g.   Breakfast:  Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg White, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Original, Sugar, Toasted White Bread. Lunch:  Bananas, Chocolate Protein Bar, Crackers, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Original, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  beans, Carrot Juice, chicken, pasta & meatballs (home made). Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Isolate, Aero Dark 70 %, Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased), Chunky Peanut Butter (with Salt).
