Fat: 52.32g | Prot: 205.81g | Carb: 236.56g.   Breakfast:  Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Original, Sugar, Egg White, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Toasted White Bread. Lunch:  Original, Crackers, Bananas, Tuna in Water (Canned), Chocolate Protein Bar, High Protein Shake - Chocolate. Dinner:  pasta & meatballs (home made), beans, chicken, Carrot Juice. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased), Chunky Peanut Butter (with Salt), Aero Dark 70 %, 100% Whey Isolate.
