Fat: 34.32g | Prot: 46.95g | Carb: 104.44g.   Breakfast:  Light Butter, Regular Coffee, Cheddar Cheese , Thousand Island Salad Dressing , Fruit Yogurt (Lowfat, 9g Protein Per 8oz) , Hard Roll, Chicken Sausage. Lunch:  Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) , Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), French Fried Potatoes (Cottage Cut, Par Fried, Frozen), Coleslaw, Black Pepper Sauce. Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Gin (90 Proof) , Tonic Water , Budweiser Beer.
