Lunch:  Black Pepper Sauce, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Coleslaw, French Fried Potatoes (Cottage Cut, Par Fried, Frozen), Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) . Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Budweiser Beer, Gin (90 Proof) , Tonic Water .
