Fat: 120.22g | Prot: 139.87g | Carb: 150.84g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Coffee, Egg, Onions, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Spinach. Dinner:  Feta Cheese, Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Keystone Light Beer, Mozzarella Cheese, Spaghetti Sauce (Low Sodium).
