Fat: 74.28g | Prot: 131.90g | Carb: 236.49g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal with Fruit. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned). Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Outside Round (Steak, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Butter or Sugar Cookie, French Onion Soup, Oatmeal Cookie with Fruit Filling, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins), Reduced Fat Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  Builder's Bar - Crunchy Peanut Butter, Pistachio Nuts.
