Fat: 74.28g | Prot: 131.90g | Carb: 236.49g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal with Fruit. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned). Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Outside Round (Steak, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Reduced Fat Sour Cream, Oatmeal Cookie with Fruit Filling, Butter or Sugar Cookie, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins), French Onion Soup. Snacks/Other:  Pistachio Nuts, Builder's Bar - Crunchy Peanut Butter.
