Fat: 110.08g | Prot: 124.56g | Carb: 269.57g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Plain Yoghurt (Lowfat), Reduced Fat Milk, Cranberry Juice, Muesli, Dried Cranberries. Lunch:  Ciabatta, Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Breast, Green Olives, Mortadella, sausage, orange, bread. Dinner:  cabbage, brocolli, cod, orange. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, cranberries.
