Fat: 110.08g | Prot: 124.56g | Carb: 269.57g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cranberry Juice, Dried Cranberries, Muesli, Plain Yoghurt (Lowfat), Reduced Fat Milk. Lunch:  bread, Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Breast, Ciabatta, Green Olives, Mortadella, orange, sausage. Dinner:  brocolli, cabbage, cod, orange. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, cranberries.
