Fat: 388.63g | Prot: 115.56g | Carb: 79.77g.   Breakfast:  almonds, avacado, broccoli, coconut water, coffee, cooked egg yolk, creme fraiche, flaxseed oil, glutamine powder, heavy whipping cream, macadamia nuts, olive oil, rib eye steak, vespa, whey protein powder, yogurt drink. Lunch:  coffee, heavy whipping cream. Dinner:  avacado, beef short ribs, bone broth, broccoli, cauliflower, cream cheese, creme fraiche, glutamine.
