Fat: 388.63g | Prot: 115.56g | Carb: 79.77g.   Breakfast:  coffee, heavy whipping cream, vespa, coconut water, olive oil, flaxseed oil, rib eye steak, macadamia nuts, almonds, glutamine powder, yogurt drink, cooked egg yolk, broccoli, creme fraiche, whey protein powder, avacado. Lunch:  coffee, heavy whipping cream. Dinner:  glutamine, beef short ribs, cauliflower, broccoli, cream cheese, avacado, creme fraiche, bone broth.
