Lunch:  Beef Outside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Jasmine Rice, Potato Salad with Egg. Snacks/Other:  100% Pure Orange Juice with Calcium & Vitamin D, Baby Spinach, Caramel Custard Flan (Dry Mix, with 2% Milk), Premium Protein Powder - Chocolate.
