Fat: 67.00g | Prot: 84.65g | Carb: 288.00g.   Breakfast:  Oranges, Biobest Probiotic Yogurt. Lunch:  Margarine, White Bread, Poached Egg, Fruit & Grain Dark Chocolate Coconut, Apples, Oranges, Kale, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi). Dinner:  Movie Night Butter, Creamy Scalloped Potatoes, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Turnip (from Fresh), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Tortilla Corn Chips, Oranges, Seven Whole Grains and Almonds Granola Bar, Biobest Probiotic Yogurt.
