Lunch:  Apples, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi), Fruit & Grain Dark Chocolate Coconut, Kale, Margarine, Oranges, Poached Egg, White Bread. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Turnip (from Fresh), Creamy Scalloped Potatoes, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Movie Night Butter. Snacks/Other:  Biobest Probiotic Yogurt, Oranges, Seven Whole Grains and Almonds Granola Bar, Tortilla Corn Chips.
