Fat: 160.52g | Prot: 126.97g | Carb: 233.21g.   Breakfast:  coffee with half and half, large coffee, granola, skim milk, Poached eggs, toast. Lunch:  Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt, Vanilla, Apple, whole wheat crackers, American Cheese, peanuts. Dinner:  Bud light Lime Beer, Potstickers with pollack.
