Fat: 160.52g | Prot: 126.97g | Carb: 233.21g.   Breakfast:  coffee with half and half, granola, large coffee, Poached eggs, skim milk, toast. Lunch:  American Cheese, Apple, Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt, Vanilla, peanuts, whole wheat crackers. Dinner:  Bud light Lime Beer, Potstickers with pollack.
