Fat: 140.87g | Prot: 187.52g | Carb: 516.13g.   Breakfast:  12" Turkey Breast, 6" Meatball Sub. Lunch:  Baked! Barbecue Potato Crisps (Package), Milk (Nonfat). Dinner:  Baked Tostitos Scoops, Beef Smokies, Grapes, Pigs in a Blanket, Roasted Garlic Hummus. Snacks/Other:  buffalo chicken dip, Spinach Artichoke Dip.
