Fat: 71.25g | Prot: 67.87g | Carb: 146.38g.   Lunch:  Dried Cranberries, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Organic Spring Mix, Vinaigrette Dressing, Cheddar Style Shreds, Ortega tortilla strips, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Catfish, Mandarin Orange Chicken without Sauce, Broccoli, Side of Creamy Mashed Cauliflower, Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Sunflower Crunch Bread, Oats N' Honey Cereal, Coconut Milk Ice Cream - Chocolate, Unsweetened Flax Milk.
