Fat: 62.37g | Prot: 62.53g | Carb: 108.13g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Baby Spinach, Coffee, Egg, Pure Almond Milk - Dark Chocolate, Red Tomatoes . Lunch:  Celery , Chewy Granola Bars - Honey Almond Flax, Tuna Salad with Egg. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Chardonnay, Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Cooked Spaghetti Squash, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sweet Italian Style Chicken Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine , Cabernet Sauvignon Wine , Red Salsa, tostitos multi grain scoops.
