Lunch:  Chicken Stock, Crackers, Italian Bread, norwegian fjord smoked salmon, Original, Vegetarian Vegetable Soup (Prepared with Water). Dinner:  Carrot Juice, Chinese Cabbage, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Ready to Serve Long Grain & Wild Rice Chicken Flavour, Sweet & Spicy Turkey Burger (Home recipe), Whole Wheat Hamburger Bun. Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Isolate, Aero Dark 70 %, Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased), Chunky Peanut Butter (with Salt), Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds.
