Lunch:  Chicken Stock, Vegetarian Vegetable Soup (Prepared with Water), Crackers, Original, Italian Bread, norwegian fjord smoked salmon. Dinner:  Sweet & Spicy Turkey Burger (Home recipe), Whole Wheat Hamburger Bun, Ready to Serve Long Grain & Wild Rice Chicken Flavour, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Chinese Cabbage, Carrot Juice. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased), Aero Dark 70 %, Chunky Peanut Butter (with Salt), 100% Whey Isolate, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds.
