Fat: 51.39g | Prot: 102.23g | Carb: 200.00g.   Breakfast: banana, bread with butter , tangerine. Lunch: bread, broccoli boiled, chicken breast, kiwi, olive oil. Dinner: bread, chicken breast, potatoes. Snacks/Other: apple, chocolate all bran, grapes , tangerine.
